What we collect

• Your email address, when you join a waitlist.
• The game_slug for the waitlist you joined.
• A referral UUID, if you arrived through someone else's share link.

Why we collect it

Only to operate the waitlist: to email you when the game is ready and to credit referrals. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Who has access

Project admins at Maduro Studios, through Supabase using a service-role key held only on the server side. The database is not publicly readable.

How to request deletion

Email waitlist@madurostudios.org from the address you signed up with, and we will remove your record. No forms, no friction.

Compliance

We aim to comply with GDPR (lawful basis: consent, given when you submit the form; right of access, rectification, and erasure honored via the email above) and CAN-SPAM (every email we send identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe).
